Rugby has roofs from just about every era, Victorian terraces around the town centre, interwar semis in Bilton and Hillmorton, post-war estates, and newer developments out toward Cawston and Houlton. Each brings its own problems. Older slate roofs shed tiles as the nails corrode, concrete tile roofs from the fifties and sixties are now reaching the end of their working life, and chimney stacks that haven't been repointed in decades let water track down into bedrooms.

We're based in Long Lawford, a few minutes outside the town, so Rugby is home turf. Over 16 years working on roofs here means we usually know what we're dealing with before we're up the ladder.
