What Is Emergency Call-Out?
Someone answering the phone when your roof fails at the worst possible moment. The first job is stopping water getting into the house, usually with a temporary tarp or sheeting, then a proper repair once things are safe and dry enough to work. When Is Emergency Call-Out Necessary?
When water is coming in and can't wait. Ceilings bulging or dripping, water tracking down a wall, visible daylight through the roof, tiles or slates that have come off in high wind, or anything hanging loose that could fall. If tiles are on the ground or a stack looks unstable, stay clear of the area and ring us. Anything that isn't actively letting water in can usually wait for a normal appointment, and we'll tell you honestly which one you're dealing with.

What Is Required For Emergency Call-Out?
A phone call, and if you can, a photo from ground level so we know what we're coming to. Don't go up on the roof yourself in bad weather. We'll get out as fast as we can, make it safe, and stop the water. Temporary work is done first, then we'll come back and do the permanent repair properly once the weather allows. We'll also give you the paperwork and photos you need if you're claiming on insurance.
